Steven Shaffer, Owner
I started apprenticing for my dad, Kevin Shaffer when I was 16, but even before that I was watching him work all the time. My grandpa was a builder, my dad is a builder, and I am a builder, you can say it runs in the family. I moved to Chattanooga TN in 2011 to attend college at Southern Adventist University where I graduated with my BS in Healthcare Management and Finance. After graduation I dedicated 2 years in healthcare finance and then came back to the construction scene.
In June 2020 I married my wife, who is a teacher in Chattanooga.
I’ve been servicing the greater Chattanooga area for over 9 years and I am excited to say that we have grown a lot since then. I do both residential and light commercial remodels, and construction. I specialize in designing and planning high end real estate projects that range from $300k to 2 million.
